we had a fantastic 10-night stay at the best hotel! the food was amazing, with plenty of choices and the christmas dinner was unbeatable. the kids club was a hit with our son, and the staff was incredibly kind. our superior room was spacious, offering a lovely view of the pool, and the spa facilities were a great bonus, including the sauna and heated pool.

would book here again
Room was spacious with a nice balcony, flat-screen TV, and minibar. Enjoyed the spa facilities, which included jacuzzis and a relaxing area. The pool area offered plenty of sunbeds, and there were great activities like water polo and cocktail making. The self-service bars had a good variety of options from sodas to cocktails. Cleanliness was top-notch, and daily entertainment kept everyone engaged.

What shines and what doesn’t
The friendly staff brought joy to our stay, always smiling and attentive, especially the wonderful pool bar staff. The food impressed us, alternating between delightful lunch and dinner options throughout our half-board experience!
The room felt a touch dated with furniture showing wear. the entertainment quality left something to be desired, with evenings often having uninspired shows that could use more variety and appeal.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was pretty decent. Size was good but one bathroom was a bit dated. The views were nice and our room came with a large safe. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything clean. The beds were comfy, which was a plus after long days out. The only downside was the shower temperature. it sometimes went from hot to cold unexpectedly. the vibe of the room was quite pleasant.

Had an amazing 10-night stay where the all-inclusive food options were both delicious and plentiful, and my son couldn't get enough of the fun activities at the kids club. The spa was a highlight with both a steam room and a lovely outdoor pool to unwind in after a busy day. Just a heads up, the shower sometimes had a mind of its own in terms of temperature, but it didn’t put a damper on our fantastic experience! 😊

Location is excellent, right behind us was a shopping area filled with designer shops. The pizzas at dinner were superb, some of the best I have tasted. The staff were polite and the view from the 6th floor was beautiful. It was easy to find sun loungers.

The dining experience at this hotel is a real treat! The buffet offers varied options, and those evening pizzas were absolutely top-notch! Plus, the huge patio in our room was perfect for chilling after a long day. It didn't get noisy too—bonus points!

I was extremely disappointed with the lifts. they took forever! Despite the presence of three lifts, they are far too small. I ended up taking the stairs most of the time just to avoid the wait. the breakfast was lukewarm at best, and that's unacceptable for any hotel aiming for quality. The sketchy pool area was often overcrowded. How can anyone find relaxation there? A total letdown!

great facilities but room could use more detail
The warm and professional welcome at reception set a positive tone for our stay. The rooftop terrace offered incredible views and ample lounge space, providing a relaxing escape away from the busier areas of the hotel. Dining was a highlight with a plethora of options available all-inclusive. We loved the pool view, enhancing our overall experience.
The room felt a bit standard compared to the great communal areas.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel stood out, with quick and easy check-ins. The room offered a spacious balcony complete with loungers, perfect for sunbathing after a long day, coupled with a large walk-in shower that kept things fresh and tidy.
Finding a decent spot by the pool proved tricky. during peak times, every sunbed was claimed by early risers. The main pool remained unheated, making a refreshing dip more of a chill than an escape. the walls of my room vibrated with loud evening entertainment, an unavoidable intrusion that might ruffle more sensitive feathers. Food quality took a hit with many dishes served lukewarm, leaving much to be desired, particularly for lunch and dinner options where variety was limited. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was practically nonexistent, adding an annoyance for anyone looking to stay connected.
